Where does music come from? Composers draw their inspiration from many sources: streams and snowstorms, grasshoppers and birds, landscapes near and far. Join the Chameleon Arts Ensemble for a colorful, creative afternoon of classical music – especially for kids – exploring the intersections of imagination, fantasy, and the natural world, with works by Mozart, Britten, Elizabeth Maconchy, Roberto Sierra, and more. Afterward, kids can drum with the Chameleons and try out all the instruments. The event is FREE and appropriate for all ages, and no tickets are necessary.
