Hypnosis is a wonderful tool that helps us discover and utilize the vast, powerful, and positive resources that we all have within us. Making positive changes can be difficult because habits reside in the subconscious mind, beyond the reach of the everyday conscious mind. By accessing the subconscious mind, hypnosis can help us change our lives for the better. In this class we focus on what hypnosis is, and is not, and we will experience hypnosis and self-hypnosis. Our focus will be stress reduction and weight loss, but we will also discuss other ways hypnosis can help people, such as changing habits, and improving exam, sports, and artistic performance.
James Dean is a certified consulting hypnotist with a lifelong interest in the mind, hypnosis, and meditation.
