Celebrate Down Under School of Yoga’s 16th Birthday with us!
Drawing from Yoga and Buddhist teachings, the purpose of these classes is to support and refine students' meditation practice. Each 35 minute class features a contextual conversation on meditation philosophies, a guided meditation and space for questions.
