The evening of March 2nd, we're hosting an exciting discussion on the generational impact of professionals preferred work styles, leadership qualities, and hopes and feares about future careers. Our discussion will focus on on survey data from over 18,000 students and professionals ranging from Gen Z to Gen X. After our discussion, please join us for drinks and networking with our professionals interested in employer branding.


Who Should Attend: This discussion will be aimed at those in senior leadership positions within HR/Talent Acquisition who care about understanding the professionals they aspire to attract on a deeper level. This knowledge will allow organizations to better attract and retain professionals across generations.


Presenter Bio: Ed Nathanson has over 20 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition, Employment Branding and HR Leader. He has been a Keynote speaker at LinkedIn Talent Connect in Las Vegas and Australia, BATSA, Main-stage Speaker at ERE and The Glassdoor Summit and was the global live stream host for LinkedIn Talent Connect in 2014. Ed’s work has been featured in "Recruiting for Small Business: The Ultimate LinkedIn Guide", “The LinkedIn Recruitment Video Playbook” and in publications like Wired, The Boston Globe, CNBC and CIO.com among others. Ed is the founder of Red Pill Talent, LLC.
