Kevin Cradock Builders + The Muncey Group present a Boston Design Week event panel featuring industry pros, moderated by Jenna Talbott, Editor-in-Chief of New England Home. Panelists: Kevin Cradock, Founder, Kevin Cradock Builders; Josh Muncey, Realtor, The Muncey Group; J.B. Clancy, Partner, ART Architects; Sashya Thind, Principal, Sashya Thind, Inc. Join us for a lively discussion about the great design, building and renovation of homes in JP and Boston, real estate and the evolution of these neighborhoods.

Kevin Cradock: Kevin Cradock grew up in Jamaica Plain surrounded by classic homes that awakened a love of carpentry and an appreciation for traditional craftsmanship. Beginning his career as a finish carpenter renovating classic Boston homes, Kevin established Cradock Woodworking, which evolved into a full-service custom building and renovation company. Cradock Builders and Cradock Woodworking produce award-winning projects throughout New England.

Josh Muncey: Founder of The Muncey Group, Josh has a particular POV about buying and selling real estate that his team have successfully implemented for the last 15 years – streamlined, low-stress and fun. 

 

J.B. Clancy is a Registered Architect in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. As an ART partner, J.B. practices the art and science of architecture throughout the Northeast, designing buildings in the New England tradition with a focus on place and sustainability. J.B. is a Certified Passive House Consultant and designed Vermont’s first Certified Passive House. 

 

Sashya Thind, Principal of Sashya Thind, Inc. has lived and traveled all over the world, Sashya brings a unique perspective to the design projects she undertakes. With her strong background in architectural design, she creates award-winning residential interiors. 

 

Jenna Talbott, Editor in Chief of New England Home magazine, draws on 20+ years of editorial expertise to engage discerning audiences in the luxury residential design market. A lifelong New Englander, Jenna and her family currently hail from Massachusetts’ south shore.
