Join Amy Sinclair for a 75 minute gentle vinyasa class ending with some yin and restorative postures. The class is held in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace in Mount Hood's function room. We will be serenaded by live acoustic music by a musician. We will end class with a guided meditation, and savasana. Once we awaken from our dream-like state, there will be a hot cider reception! It's the perfect way to nourish your body and soul and practice loving kindness, to yourself and others!


A roaring fire, a nourishing yoga practice, live music, loving kindness meditation, and soul-warming hot cocoa, what could be better on a chilly fall eve?
