On Saturday, February 11 at 4:00pm, Cafe ArtScience’s James Beard Award nominated Bar Director/Partner, Todd Maul will host the second spirited cocktail class of his new monthly series. This themed, one-hour class at the CAS bar will focus on gin, a spirit that pairs harmoniously with Maul’s house-clarified citrus juices and the basis for some of his most popular signature cocktails, including the Clarified Lime Gimlet and Todd Collins, Take III. The class content will range from distillation and origin to Maul’s picks for the best high value bottles to stock a home bar. Guests will have the opportunity to taste various gins, and learn to recreate one of Maul’s favorite gin cocktails at home. Complimentary bar snacks from Cafe ArtScience Executive Chef, Brandon Baltzley will be provided.
