Hey Southie... we're baaaack! At this Brunch Fit we're most definitely going to earn that brunch! We'll kick it off at Lifted Fitness then head right down the street to The Playwright for a delicious brunch, and of course that free mimosa!
METABOLIC CONDITIONING is our version of a cardio class. This interval style workout combines plyometrics, agility drills, core exercises, kettlebells and more to burn fat, improve cardiovascular health, and rev up your metabolism. ALL levels are welcome!
Get ready to meet some awesome fitness instructors and hang with a group of of other DTB people just like you!
