Break up your day with a relaxing lunch sail aboard Roseway. Join us for a spirited two- hour harbor sail aboard Boston’s only historic tall ship. Help us raise the sails, take the helm, explore below decks, or just sit back and enjoy the summer breezes and Boston’s beautiful cityscape.


Choose from a variety of decadent New England summer staples with a twist; specially designed for Roseway by two- time Chopped Champion and The Envoy Hotel's Executive Chef, Chef Tatiana Rosana.


Chef Rosana heads Outlook Kitchen, Lookout Rooftop and Bar as well as The Envoy Hotel’s in-room dining as the Executive Chef. Inspired by her wife’s Korean heritage, her own Cuban background, French training and New England experience, Chef Rosana is guided by her curiosity and openness to new cuisines. Since joining the team at The Envoy Hotel, she has competed on The Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped and Chopped Champions winning twice and earning the title of two-time Chopped Champion.
