Yes, that's right it's done on a super comfortable BOGA BOARDS. An innovative brand of Fitness developed by Surfers in CA. Our pool in the Charles Hotel is gorgeous, with high ceilings surrounded sunroom take in views of the sky and the Charles River as you connect with your child and the water. Pool is heated so no worries if you lose your balance. Your child (3-8 yrs of age) must be comfortable with being submerged in water. Semi-Private Group training is led by Jeanette Hauke. What should I wear?
Wear what you are comfortable in. Understand that you will likely get wet (that’s half the fun), but also know that you will be spending most of your time on top of the BOGA mat. You want good supportive clothing that will take you from standing to downward facing dog. Swimsuits are fine if you’re comfortable in that, but many prefer yoga type leggings or shorts and top. Triathlon or swim shorts also work well. I would suggest staying away from cotton as that will get heavy and in the way when you get wet. No shoes allowed. BOGA FiTMAT was designed to be used with bare feet for comfort and to avoid slipping.
