On Sunday, June 17th, 2018, Beat Brasserie celebrates Father’s Day with the highly-anticipated return of its annual Grateful Dad Bluegrass Brunch. From 9:30AM to 3:00PM, treat Dad to seasonal brunch favorites while enjoying live music from musician Frank Drake and his band, who will be on-hand performing mash-ups of Grateful Dead cover songs, jazz, western swing, roots country, bluegrass, and a smattering of rock and pop.


All day long, the restaurant will be serving signature brunch dishes a la carte, with starters including Buffalo Cauliflower with blue cheese yogurt dipping sauce; and Crispy Falafels with chickpea fritters and yogurt tzatziki; along with Big Plates like Roast Pork Chilaquiles with red chile salsa, black beans, queso fresco and scrambled eggs; Eggs Benedict with avocado, English muffin and hollandaise sauce; and Bowl Azteca with adobo-spiced quinoa, tomatillo salsa, corn, squash, green beans, avocado and baby spinach, in addition to a selection of Beat’s Handcrafted Brick Oven Pizzas.


For a leisurely brunch, toast to Dad with artisanal wines available on tap, locally crafted brews, or one of the bar’s brunch “Pick Me Ups” including the classic Bloody Mary, Mimosa and seasonal Honey Crisp with Domain Chandon Brut, Apple Brandy, Apple Cider and Burlesque Bitters.
