Do you love the outdoors? So do we. We are Boston Appalachian Mountain Club Young Members, and we are dedicated to creating a vibrant outdoors community for people in their 20s and 30s in Boston. At our Spring Social, we invite you to mix and mingle with other outdoors enthusiasts, environmental activists, and future hiking buddies!
Tickets are $20 and include exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of The Baseball Tavern (including the rooftop bar overlooking Fenway Park!) and all you can eat appetizers.
Getting there: In order to avoid parking garage fees, we STRONGLY encourage taking the T to this event.
What is the AMC?
The Appalachian Mountain Club is the oldest outdoors group in the United States. For over 100 years the AMC has helped folks have a great time in the outdoors. Every year the AMC offers hundreds of group trips all across the east coast. Our trips are available to EVERYONE, no membership required.
How do you make money off your trips? How do you make money off this social?
We don't! All our trips are 100% volunteer led, and most are absolutely free. The cost of your social ticket goes towards restaurant fees and eventbrite fees. Any additional profits (if there are any) will be used to buy door prizes that we will raffle off. The AMC is a nonprofit organization.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. This is a 21+ event. IDs will be checked at the door.
Are tickets refundable? Transferable?
Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that we cannot offer any refunds. Eventbrite charges an extra fee for events with transferable tickets. In order to keep ticket prices as low as possible we have opted to make our tickets non-transferable. Instead we will offer a refund up to 7 days before the event. No exceptions, sorry!
Is it ok if the name on my phone's ticket doesn't match the person who attends?
