Cecilia Wong has studied Tai Chi under Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark since 1979. She has extensive knowledge and experience in many Tai Chi forms including empty hand forms and weapon forms. She has been teaching Tai Chi for over 25 years.

Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark is a recognized pioneer as one of the few women to reach an advanced level of mastery in Chinese internal martial arts.
