I felt compelled to share my positive experience with the Allegiant Air Austin Office. I recently changed my name, so I had some last-minute questions regarding my ID before I left on a solo vacation. I was a little nervous, but the counter agent immediately calmed me down. Before I went to security, they verified my documents one last time to make sure everything was in order. Although it may seem insignificant, their attention to detail meant a great deal. I saw that they were providing comparable assistance to other travelers. Having courteous and competent staff at the airport is a tremendous relief when traveling, which can be extremely stressful, especially when plans change or technology malfunctions.
