Senora Meaghan is back teaching a 4 week special session of Zumba for SU in Newton at a new time! Join her Wednesday 2/7 through Wednesday 2/28 at 5:15pm to sweat, dance, and have some fun.
This 60 minute class is great for all levels! Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a seriously fun time, every time!
