Join me for an afternoon of self indulging Yoga & Visualization board fun.
Catered by Chef So & So serving caribbean food. This outside event has a class limit of 18.
Spend an afternoon cultivating your creative energy with a 60min beginners/intermediate yoga flow followed by a light array of caribbean vegitarian dishes to share.
Visualization board supplies included, we'll use a mix of art supplies, magazine clippings & even free hand drawing to create our visualizationboards.
Vision boards are a fun way to bring your vision to life and be an inspiration to achieve your goals.
If you can visualize it in your mind you can create it in your life.
