Yoga, Sip & Sound gives you variety in your practice. It will elevate and challenge your sense of awareness while you're on your mat.


The class is led by Harry Bramhall and accompanied by local pianist Ben Aiken. Ben matches the sound of his music to your movement in real time. After class, there is a beverage tasting while the artist showcases a couple songs.
