This session of yoga style is designed for all body types & ability levels, whether new to yoga or experienced and Prenatal Safe!


All Proceeds from this event will go to Divas Mentoring Divas Inc. A Non-Profit Dance company in the Boston area.


Your Donation will go towards helping the girls perform on a cruise in April during school vacation.


Lets bring in the New Year and focus on our core, good health and good spirits.


Mats and Blocks will be provided.


There will be some refreshments and healthy snacks for you to enjoy afterwards.
