Join The Point East Boston Barre & Yoga as we take a field trip to Chelsea Station for Yoga & Brunch!
How does a Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow in this converted old fire house sound? Chelsea Station is over 100 years old and rich in history. We will begin with a 60 minute Vinyasa flow. Vinyasa means “breath synchronized movement”, wherein the breath guides the body’s movement. Your instructor will lead you from one asana to the next either on an inhalation or an exhalation. In a Vinyasa Flow class, you will move from posture to posture in a graceful, purposeful, dance-like manner. This class will help you shift from the chaos of the outside world into a beautiful moving meditation. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.
After a relaxing Savasana , a delicious brunch will be served. Brunch comes with your choice of a fresh squeezed Mimosa or Bloody Mary. Please see brunch menu.
