Join us for an all-level Vinyasa Flow! This all levels flow starts by connecting with our breath and setting our intention for practice. Moving through a sequence of poses focusing on strength, alignment, and balance. Flowing to rhythmic upbeat music at your own pace. By the end of practice, you’ll feel energized and refreshed.
Ending your practice with a guided meditation and a lovely, melty savasana, you will then get to experience a tasting of wines from the Boston Winery paired with hand-crafted pizza made in-house!
