World Yoga Day: Yoga in the Garden by Athleta

Join us and our Brand Ambassador Sara DiVello as we lead World Yoga Day in Boston for the 4th year!

Athleta is committed to empowering women to lead their best lives and yoga is a tool to do just that. Please Join us for a free yoga class and a chance to win a weekend passes to the Nantucket Yoga Festival (July 6-8) and Cape Cod’s Love Yoga Fest (Sept 21-23).

Join us in-store at 6 p.m., we’ll then walk together to the beautiful Public Garden where bestselling author, national speaker, and acclaimed yoga teacher Sara DiVello will provide a gentle yoga class that will gently release, relax, and renew you. During this 60-minute mixed-level classes, Sara will offer modifications and options for each pose, allowing you to custom-tailor your practice to your experience, ability, and energy levels.

Back at Athleta, the winners of the Nantucket Yoga Festival and Cape Cod’s Love Yoga Fest will be announced, as we sip, munch, shop, and chat!
