Join Malikah and We, Ceremony for a self-defense and healing workshop on Thursday, October 11th. Now more than ever we need to protect ourselves from gender-based violence and uplift vulnerable communities under our current political climate. Learn the tools and feel empowered with physical combat and protective strategies to utlize in threatening situations.

This space is meant to center the voices, security, healing and experiences of women of color and LGBTQIA+ POCs. All proceeds will go to Malikah and We, Ceremony programming. Meet our instructor - Rana Abdelhamid is an internationally acclaimed human rights organizer, 1st Degree Black Belt, public speaker and social entrepreneur focused on the empowerment of marginalized communities. She is the founder and CEO of Malikah, a nonprofit organization and global grassroots movement supporting women’s empowerment through self-defense, entrepreneurship and organizing training.
