Critically-acclaimed pianist Simone Dinnerstein joins Winsor Music for a concert of J. S. Bach, Robert Schumann, and Phillip Glass, with short homages to Bach by Gubaidulina, Kurtág, and Bartók. The concert will take place at 7pm on June 2, 2019, at St. Paul’s Church at 15 St. Paul Street in Brookline. Program:


J. S. Bach: Sonata in C major, BWV 529 (arr. Pearson)
Robert Schumann: Pedal piano pieces
J. S. Bach: Gamba Sonata in D major (arr. Stoltzman)
Phillip Glass: Pendulum, for violin and piano
with short homages to Bach by Gubaidulina, Kurtág, and Bartók
