Boston Harbor Hotel’s acclaimed Chef Daniel Bruce and Sommelier Ben Oram welcome wine lovers for a special weekly wine dinner series during the month of April at Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar, located inside the iconic Boston Harbor Hotel. Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar takes the unique approach of matching wine and food with a dynamic, sensory-evoking prix fixe menu that offers guests an unforgettable culinary experience while simplifying the art of pairing.
Acclaimed Boston Harbor Hotel Chef and founder of the Boston Wine Festival, Daniel Bruce is continuing the celebrated traditions of the Boston Wine Festival through the month of April with a special Wine Wednesday dinner series. Chef Daniel Bruce, alongside Sommelier Ben Oram, will welcome guests for a special Wine Wednesday dinner series at Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar, featuring four thematic events: Tour of Chile (April 3), Rosé Soirée (April 10), Spring Bounty (April 17) and Willamette Pinot (April 24)
The Wine Wednesday dinner series takes place in Meritage’s second floor dining room, featuring sweeping views of Boston Harbor. Each dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and is $120 per person (tax & gratuity included).
