One of the most common statements any sommelier hears is, “I don’t like sweet.” So the somme suggests a sharp, flinty, bone dry Riesling and receives a scowl in return. ⁠

Riesling the grape has high sugar and acid, but that doesn’t mean the resulting wine will be “sweet” or “dessert-y.” Riesling is one of owner Sarah Marshall’s favorite wines to drink, so let down your guard, open your mind, and let Sarah enlighten you about Riesling’s majesty. 🤩⁠

Tastings include a flight of four featured wines, a snack board of cheeses, meats, and accompaniments from the Lucille Pantry, and a presentation about the wines from one of our in-house sommeliers.
