Want to travel the world but don’t want to deal with TSA? We’ve got you covered. We’re sipping around the world in this wine-centric series. Starting this April, we’re taking a trip around the world: South Africa, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, and then bringing it home with the USA. Our series of five classes will have you eating and drinking around the world from the comfort (and ease) of our Brookline shop. In this class, we will dive into South African wine, learn all about its journey around the globe, why you enjoy a limey Sauv. Blanc so much. We’ll pair the perfect cheese (as usual) to bring out the true character of these wines, all while sharing the what’s, why’s, and how’s in our typical curds&co way.
