Starting this April, we’re taking a trip around the world: South Africa, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, and then bringing it home with the USA. Our series of five classes will have you eating and drinking around the world from the comfort (and ease) of our Brookline shop. In this class, we will dive into Croatian and Slovenian wine, learn all about why it took you THIS LONG to fall in love with the stuff (but the wait was oh-so worth it), and what the heck qvevri are. We’ll pair the perfect cheese (as usual) to bring out the true character of these wines, all while sharing the what’s, why’s, and how’s in our typical curds&co way.
