On Tuesday, October 18, join us and our friends from Gordon’s Wines for an intimate 5-course wine dinner in Town Meeting Bistro with Hugh Davies – one of America’s most celebrated winemakers – of Schramsberg and Davies Vineyards. Hugh’s parents were among the first in the Napa Valley to make world-class sparkling wine in the true méthode champenoise style when they established Schramsberg in 1965 on property that was originally founded in 1862 by German immigrant Jacob Schram.
