For this its 12th season, WGBH’s A Christmas Celtic Sojourn is exploring the rich music, singing and dance that crossed over from Ireland and Scotland to the new world to become Appalachian old-time, country and bluegrass. Celtic-music aficionado and storyteller, Brian O’Donovan has assembled some of the best musicians, singers, and dancers imaginable from around the Celtic and traditional American music worlds and beyond!
