The 20th annual Wellfleet OysterFest All Star Shuck Off. Ten legendary shuckers from the past 19 years will compete for the Championship!
The 20th annual Wellfleet OysterFest All Star Shuck Off is ON! With a host lineup of celebrity chefs Ming Tsai, Jamie Bissonette and Elle Simone Scott sharing oyster recipes and musical guest G. Love you'll want to order oysters, stock drinks and mark your calendar to join us October 17th at 5PM!
This virtual production will showcase 10 All Star Shuckers from the past 19 years of 'Fest's competing for the 2020 Championship as never seen before. Streaming LIVE from YouTube at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday October 17th – the traditional weekend for the Wellfleet OysterFest – from the beautiful Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (W.H.A.T.) in Wellfleet, MA.
Join us with our celebrity hosts: Ming Tsai, host of Emmy-nominated cooking show “Simply Ming” and founder of acclaimed Boston restaurants Blue Dragon and Blue Ginger; rising culinary star Elle Simone Scott, test chef and food stylist on America’s Test Kitchen and the founder of SheChef, a mentoring organization for women of color in the culinary field; and James Beard Award-winning chef and international restaurateur Jamie Bissonette, partner of Boston favorites Toro, Coppa and Little Donkey and 2016 Massachusetts Executive Chef of the Year. These oyster lovers will share their favorite ways to serve up Wellfleets (raw and cooked!) throughout the suspense of the All Star Shuck Off!
