During this session, company founder of SchoolMint, Jinal Jhaveri, will explore how he was about to find a path to being acquired by HeroK-12 after just over 3 years time. Additionally, he will describe his perspective on founding a K-12 SAAS company, incubating it, growing to more than 6000 schools including ten of the largest school districts, and successfully exiting with great outcomes for investors and employees.
