Join Afrobeat Fit & We, Ceremony on Saturday, June 29th for a half-day of wellness and fitness to uplift women of color! We, Sweat! will serve as a closed space to empower our communities to live intentionally, cultivate approaches that center our needs in achieving holistic well-being, and to prepare ourselves to thrive in any space we occupy.


We, Sweat! not so there is less of us physically, but so there is more of us wholly.
