WBUR reporters Deborah Becker and Lynn Jolicoeur discuss the effect of the coronavirus pandemic on prisoners and people experiencing homelessness in Massachusetts. They will be joined by Lizz Matos, executive director of Prisoners’ Legal Services of Massachusetts, and Dr. Jim O’Connell, president of Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.
