Walker's 2016 Lives In Bloom Gala

Join us for the 16th Annual Lives in Bloom Gala honoring Benjamin W. Thorndike for his outstanding advocacy, leadership and heartfelt support of Walker’s mission. This wonderful celebration takes place from 6PM to Midnight on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel and is preceded by a VIP champagne reception. Guests enjoy cocktails and canapés, a spectacular auction emceed by Billy Costa of KISS 108FM and NESN’s Dining Playbook, and a gourmet dinner followed by dancing to Soul of Boston—the best eight-piece horn band in New England!

Planned by an outstanding committee of dedicated volunteers, the Lives in Bloom Gala is an exciting evening in celebration and support of Walker's vision and mission.

Our 2016 Gala will highlight the urgency for permanency—Walker’s core belief that every child deserves to live and grow up with a loving, lifelong family. Permanency weaves through all of Walker’s programs to help youth and families find their way to strengthened family relationships. When needed, Walker helps children who have no legal family, prepare to join a new family to call their very own…forever.
