Rock to the Future’s GuitarStars & Rock*A*Delphia Summer Camp is seeking volunteers of all commitment levels to help us run two Philadelphia summer camps in June. Help students learn guitar, bass, drums,keyboard or assist in creative workshops. The GuitarStars camps operate from June 17 to June 21 for ages 7-12 and Rock*A*Delphia summer camps operates from June 24th to June 28th. Youth rockers will learn guitar, bass guitar, or keyboard, join a band and write original music, learn cover songs, participate in creative workshops, work with guest performers, and perform at Friday’s final showcase. The camp is co-ed with no experience necessary, and all instruments are provided. The camp takes place from 9am to 3pm at Kensington High School: 2051 E Cumberland St. Philadelphia, PA, 19125. Our volunteer info session is happening on Tuesday, June 4th from 6:30-8:30pm at Rock to the Future’s offices. Come out and learn more about the camp. RSVP for the session today.
