Join Crystal for an afternoon of mediation, intention setting and vision board creation while drinking a beer (or two!) We’ll start with a Welcome Circle including guided meditation, breathwork and intention setting. Then we’ll get creative and create beautiful vision boards. We’ll end the afternoon with a guided visualization meditation.
Super-charge our intentions, create beautiful vision boards to get clear on our intentions and use mediation & breathwork to clear any obstacles in the way. Vision Boards are a way to anchor to your dreams and to allow the magic of manifestation to work in your life.
Magazines and supplies will be provided. One beer will be included in workshop!
Feel free to bring any addition magazines, photos or items you would like to use on your board.
