There is no one more worthy of your dreams than YOU.

A vision board is a powerful, handmade tool used in manifesting your dream life. When you make a vision board (using your highest intention in addition to craft supplies, magazines, and more) you become crystal clear on what you want — and you connect with the possibilities! Seeing your board every day aligns you with the outcome you most want to attract (Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres swear by vision boards!).

This creative and empowering workshop will help you to focus on your authentic life, core clarity, and ideal outcomes. Lisa will lovingly guide you through collaging your own vision board, connecting with positive emotions surrounding your desired outcomes, and moving in the direction of having it all! As a certified hypnotherapist, Lisa will also lead guided meditations and visualizations to help get all participants into the vibration of how good it feels to have what you want.

Come enjoy the company of other like-minded souls who want to shift into limitless thinking! All supplies are provided, but please feel free to bring your own images and magazines.

Participants will leave with a completed vision board, knowledge of how to create them at home, understanding of how vision boards work, clarity around their heart’s desires, and renewed courage and self-love to expect them!


BIO: Lisa Abbate, CHt


CHt means certified hypnotist (or hypnotherapist), and Lisa Abbate received her hypnosis certifications from both the Thomas School of Hypnosis and the National Guild of Hypnotists. Some people call her the mind whisperer. She's okay with that. ;) In additional to traditional hypnotherapy training, Lisa's influences include the work of Louise Hay, Abraham-Hicks, Brene Brown, Wayne Dyer, Ernest Holmes and other thought leaders who bring positive momentum and transformation to the world.


Core beliefs of Lisa's work: 1. What you focus on grows (so focus on what you do want, and as little as possible on what you don't want). 2. Self-talk is EVERYTHING. (Speak to yourself as you'd want your BFF spoken to. Don't be a self-meanie.) 3. No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. (Einstein said that; Lisa wishes she did.)


Hypnosis can help with so much, including: confidence, impostor syndrome, anxiety, writer's block/fear, fear of flying, public speaking, fear of needles, pre/post surgery healing mindset, no limits thinking (where vision boards come in)...and many other areas.
