Join us for our monthly Cause Class where 90% of proceeds donated will do directly to The Loveland Foundation in their mission to make therapy and mental health services more accessible and affordable to Black womxn and girls.


In an effort to create an inclusive and welcoming practice, all Eight Yoga classes are pay what you can. We ask that you contribute what you comfortably can to honor your instructor's time and support the cause.


Class will be a vinyasa style class with plenty of moving, stretching, and strengthening. Grab any blocks, pillows, or blankets you'd like!
