Step on to your mat for an invigorating vinyasa flow! We will flow through sequences that build upon one another, and strengthen our minds and bodies in the process. Modifications are always offered! We will be working on mindfulness and inclusivity during this special class.


All classes are pay what you can and 90% of all donations will go to Afro Yoga Fund to provide scholarships to fund 200 Hour Teacher Training for the BIPOC community.
