Virtual World Dance: TRILLFIT

We're thrilled to host two TRILLFIT® cardio fitness classes, part of the Esplanade Association's Virtual World Dance Series! The Esplanade Association’s Virtual World Dance Series introduces a variety of free, energetic, and upbeat dance fitness classes derived from different cultures and dance styles to the Esplanade and its audience, for people of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy.

Join us for two Virtual World Dance: TRILLFIT® this March on Thursday, March 18 at 6pm and Thursday, March 25 at 6pm. TRILLFIT® is Boston's original hip hop workout party. We believe that fitness should be fun, inclusive, and set to the illest soundtrack. Squad up and make it TRILL today.

VIRTUAL WORLD DANCE: TRILLFIT® LINEUP

March 18: TRILLFIT® Cardio Dance - Our signature dance class blends Beyonce-worthy choreography (we love a good twerk sesh) with multiple rounds of HIIT, to sweat your way to a tighter, toned body. Sneakers Required. All levels welcome.

March 25: TRILLFIT® Cardio Boxing - Crush your cardio goals with TRILLFIT's explosive Hip-Hop themed Boxing Bootcamp. Build strength, endurance, and speed with a 10-round program that re-styles the TRILLFIT sequence and adds in a one-two punch.

Both Virtual World Dance: TRILLFIT® classes will take place virtually , and all event attendees will receive a specific Zoom link prior to each event. You must pre-register to receive the Zoom link.
