Join me for a fundraiser cooking class to benefit Youth Enrichment Services’ (YES) Young Professionals Committee. This class is open to all levels and open to families!
Let’s get ready for Valentine’s Day! We’ll start by making double chocolate cookies that make a great treat for your Valentine – or yourself! Then, we’ll make Sweet Potato Fritters with a Yogurt Dipping Sauce. These fritters make a great appetizer for a night at home, a vegetarian entrée, or a healthy snack!
You will be making:
- Chocolate Ganache Dipped Cookies
- Sweet Potato Fritters with Yogurt Dipping Sauce
A link to a Zoom meeting, ingredient list, kitchen tools, and prep work will be emailed to you before the event.
A $10 donation is suggested. If you are able to give more, it is greatly appreciated!
