Virtual Chocolate Show--Chocolate Talk

I’ve had enough chicken soup for my soul—I want chocolate! In honor of National Chocolate Chip Day this week, also known as our founder’s birthday, Victoria will be sharing all sorts of fun stories of doing chocolate tours over the years, including celebrity sightings on the tours, how many animals people have snuck in (and what kind), the time she made a tour guest cry (in a good way), and what reality show once hired her to put on a tour for their cast. She’ll also share stories of her trip to Colombia last year to visit cacao plantations, insight on her other professional experiences writing about chocolate for international companies, which city she once plotted her own personal 11 mile chocolate tour in, and even reveal which celebrity fitness trainer she once sold $50 worth of chocolate to. It’s going to be a fun show of chocolate tales!

Throughout the COVID-19 stay-at-home advisory, Cocoa Beantown is going virtual! Join us on our Facebook page for weekly livestreams featuring educational programming on a variety of chocolate topics, including Massachusetts chocolate history, the science of chocolate, chocolate and the environment, and more! These programs are family friendly and feature a host of interactive elements, allowing folks at home and hands-on learners to gain knowledge and have even more fun with live trivia for prizes, Q&A sessions, games, and more. These shows are put together to help educate and entertain while folks are stuck at home, but also to foster positive energy and provide some stress relief in this time of anxiety.
