“Vikings: Beyond the Legend” storms into The Franklin Institute on Saturday, October 13 with The Institutes fiercest festival yet. Experience the full sized replica Viking ship, Norseman, witness period blacksmithing demos with The Fire Hawk Forge, jewelry making, leatherwork, boat building and live history demos with period historians. The event is designed to complement the exhibit experience and to allow visitors to engage with the hugely influential, complex, and fascinating Viking Age!
