Nothing is better than making BBQ chicken and pickled vegetables from scratch to serve in a sandwich. In this hands-on class, we’ll make one of the most popular Vietnamese dishes, including Vietnamese Banh Mi, and Vietnamese BBQ chicken served with delicious sauces, condiments, and pickled vegetables. We’ll assemble everything on French baguettes for serving. We’ll also make Vietnamese salad as a snack. We’ll finish the class with a delicious Vietnamese dessert, avocado mousse with ice cream.
