Spring into the kitchen with Westin Copley Place’s very own Chef Roy. Learn to make a vegan dessert perfect for Easter or any Springtime gathering: Carrot Cupcakes and Profiteroles with Lemon Curd. 


Chef Roy will guide you through the process from start to finish. You will work in teams of two to create these delicious vegan treats, then have a chance to enjoy your labor. 


Limited spots are available, so book today! Tickets are $90, and a portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Children's Miracle Network. Discounted valet parking is available for this event.
