We are thrilled to announce a partnership between VEGA Vitality and BDY SQD! Join us on May 15th to celebrate as the BDY SQD team will be on-site at VEGA to educated guests on how to "reset on the regular." BDY SQD offers efficient body recovery designed to deliver muscle release and detoxify the body. From the VEGA community, Align's Jo Moyniham, DPT, will be providing mini physical therapy consultations. Jo will be talking posture, alignment, and what it takes to make the best lifestyle choices.
