Located in the Back Bay’s most fashionable quarters, Joe’s on Newbury will showcase romance-themed specials for four days.
The appetizer is a lobster bisque with crème fraîche and chives ($12). For entrees, there’s a surf and turf option with a petite filet mignon, blackened shrimp, truffle mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and stilton fondue ($58), or a maple-glazed salmon with saffron fregola, Brussels sprouts and lemon-dill crème fraîche. For dessert, indulge in a chocolate alpine cake with raspberry mousse ($15).
For sipping, choose between the Cupid’s Crush with Tito’s, lemon, strawberry and prosecco ($16), the Cherry Amor Margarita with Hornitas plata, lime, Luxardo and agave ($17), or the Pink Cirtus Refresher, a mocktail of grapefruit, lime, rosemary and bubbles ($14).
