Valentine's Thai Yoga Massage with Emily Sullivan

Bring your partner, bestie, or family member to learn massage moves you can do at home. The sequence will be broken down into short, easy-to-remember segments, demonstrated, and then practiced. Partners only practice on each other. The teacher will demonstrate on volunteers. There’ll be a playlist, candles, relaxation, and laughs along the way!
Please wear loose comfortable clothing & bring one yoga mat plus two pillow cases per pair.
