Let’s spark your Valentine’s Day date with this fizzy wine tasting. We’ll talk about methods for making sparkling wines, regions where they are produced, and when and how to best enjoy them. We'll see why having a glass of sparkling wine makes us feel special and more alive and pair some appetizers with the wine along the way. The tuition is per pair. Instructor: Dagmar Smith
