The InterContinental Boston is ready for Valentine’s Day with romantic sharable offerings to celebrate romance and love. Our Valentine’s Day Prix Fixed Menu features a special, a la carte menu created by Chef Didier Montarou and includes a wide array of fresh, local seafood and authentic dishes. Starters such as the Heirloom Baby Beet Salad and Lobster Bisque with Scallops ‘Crudo’, and entree items including the Paella Royale to be shared with Lobster, Octopus, Shrimp, Mussels, and Clams are just some of the delicious offerings. All patrons are also invited to enjoy our Heart of Raspberry & Chocolate to be shared or our Grand Marnier Pana Cotta.
